Rene Atkinson

Rene graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture. Over the years, he’s designed K-12 and higher education, commercial warehouses, municipal buildings, high-end residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and now veterinary and human healthcare spaces. At the Seattle studio, Rene moves projects toward permit documentation through envelope energy code compliance and permit document submittal review.

In his spare time, he’s an amateur blacksmith and is currently welding a stand together for his hand-cranked blower.
