Dave Russell

Dave has been a part of the MD Architects team for over a decade and has accumulated 30+ years of design experience. He serves as a Studio Director and Interior Designer leading one of our Indianapolis teams. Space planning, design, and preparing construction documents are his main priorities. His project experience ranges from animal care to human healthcare and various commercial projects.

“The best part of my job is when I start with the initial design process and get to see it all the way through to completion of construction. I put everything I can into each project and take pride in the finished product.”

Outside of work, Dave’s a competitive disc golf player. He also can often be found detailing cars with his kids, watching movies, or baking recipes from his once-upon-a-time small business, Decadence by Design.
