This animal hospital project was driven by the client’s urgent need to relocate due to a rapidly expiring lease. Leveraging our specialized knowledge of veterinary design, we delivered an efficient design process so the vision could come to life quickly.

Our project team diligently navigated the approval process complexities, maintaining close communication with the client and advocating for their interests from start to finish. For a requested coastal beach-inspired theme, we incorporated a soothing color palette to create an environment that fosters harmony and a peaceful experience.

The end result was a seamless transition into a 3,180-square-foot beautiful building.

“Working with the MD team was easy and not stressful at all. They never made me feel like a small project that wasn’t important. They responded quickly and helped me navigate the City’s demands.

I will be forever grateful to them for taking on my project; always being so kind, patient, and collaborative; and for hitting the ground running and taking me through the finish line! We receive compliments daily, and it’s all thanks to MD. I know I may have pushed for many things that seemed un-doable but they never shut me down. Because of that, we have a beautiful and efficiently designed practice.”
