Brian Jones

With 12+ years of HR experience, Brian joins MDA as strategic vision and guidance for our leadership and team. He’s a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts and has managed HR responsibilities at numerous large-scale start-up businesses in the technology, medical, robotics, and consumer goods industries, as well as the Department of Defense. As a strong advocate of company culture, diversity, and standardized processes, Brian innovates leadership solutions, streamlines internal communication, and guides MDA with training and all HR-related functions.

Beyond the office, he’s an avid downhill skier (despite his severe dislike for cold weather). When not on the slopes, you can find him on the links, riding bikes, tinkering in the garage, or deep in a book. As a cooking enthusiast, he aims to learn how to make one local dish every month from a place he’s traveled to globally. Brian is also a conscientious steward of the environment, and as a result, spends much of his free time volunteering with various environmental conservation programs.
